Set Clear and Achievable Goals

Staying motivated to take action on environmental health starts with setting clear and achievable goals. Break down larger [environmental challenges](https://environmentnews.io/qa/6-environmental-challenges-facing-my-local-community/) into smaller, actionable steps, like reducing single-use plastics or planting trees in your community. These tangible actions provide a sense of accomplishment and momentum as you progress. Keep your goals visible, such as on a vision board or in a planner, to serve as a daily reminder of what you're working toward. Celebrate your successes, no matter how small, as they reinforce the importance of your efforts. When goals feel attainable, you're more likely to stay committed and inspired to make a lasting impact.
